THE DUO
Together since 1992, Lisa McClowry and Thomas Linsk have made a name for themselves by becoming a big part of Chicago's night life. Performing an average of five nights a week, they have become best known for their rich, seamless harmonies and versatility.
What sets these two apart from many other acts, is there ability to perform virtually any style of music and do it all equally well. Tom, a studied Jazz pianist, and Lisa a classically trained vocalist come from different backgrounds in music and have used their training as the basis for their versatility. In addition, their strong stage presence combined with charisma will surely endear any music lover. The rapport with each other and with the listeners make their audience feel as if they are part of the show. Their playful chemistry is yet another exciting dimension of the Tom and Lisa show. LISA McCLOWRY
Native Chicagoan and established singer/songwriter Lisa McClowry can be currently heard all over the national and international airwaves. She is the winner of 2002 "Best Songwriter" award at the Los Angeles Best New Talents Awards Showcase. McClowry sings the theme song, "Bridge to the Stars", in the recent motion picture release, The Wild Thornberry's. Along with Mark Mothersbaugh of the well-known 80's band 'Devo', and musical partner Lavant Coppock, McClowry co-wrote and sings the feature song, "Through the Eyes of A Child" in the motion picture The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle. McClowry also provides the singing voice for the animated princess in the box office hit, The Rugrats in Paris. Lisa, also an established voice-over artist, provides the voice-over for all TREsemme Hair Care television commercials as well as sings the television / radio jingles for several, Applebee's, Michelob, WGN, and Owens ads. In addition to her Film/ TV and Radio credits, Lisa has made a full-time career performing live music nightly in her hometown over the past 11 years with "The Lisa McClowry Band", and duo " Tom and Lisa".

 

 

 

 

 

 

THOMAS LINSK
Thomas Linsk was born in Philadelphia and began playing piano at the age of seven. By the age of 16, Tom began touring throughout the United States regularly performing in Las Vegas and St. Louis where he studied music at the University of Missouri. With his wife Christy, and two young boys by his side, he now calls Chicago his home. By day, you will usually find him playing his mahogany grand piano with his two boys singing along side him.

 

 

 

 

THE BAND
"Tom and Lisa" front a band of truly top-notch professional musicians. The band members, consisting of drums, bass, guitar, keyboards, male/female vocals and horns, are all full time musicians who have spent most of their lives in music, performing for the recording industry, motion pictures, jingle industry, TV networks, and radio in addition to the weddings, festivals conventions, tradeshow and parties. All members have a neat, professional appearance and attitude.
